Account Manager (Health & Social Care Recruitment)


Gofal is part of a group of specialist recruitment agencies working across marketing, events, retail, health & social care. Established during the pandemic, the agency is in its infancy, and we have an exciting opportunity for a sharp, motivated and experienced account manager to drive business and support with the expansion of our health and social care recruitment division.


The role is vital to the success of our business plan and will be rewarded with a competitive salary, a market leading commission structure and unrivalled opportunity for progression as the division grows. The role is 360, focused on both business development and recruitment.


The role will involve:

  • Strengthening new and existing relationships with clients and candidates
  • Driving growth and profitability of your desk
  • Proactively seeking out opportunities for new business
  • Attracting a constant stream of new clients and candidates to the agency
  • Cold calling and attending meetings
  • Negotiating and closing business set up personally or by the BDM
  • Ensuring compliance in the recruitment process


The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in recruitment in a health/social care setting – essential
  • Have a strong track record in a similar role with tangible results
  • Be passionate about recruitment in this sector
  • Ensure candidates remain engaged and eager to work
  • Have a strong knowledge of training requirements in the health & social care sectors
  • Demonstrate resilience and motivation to achieve and exceed targets
  • Have a positive attitude with the ability to influence others
  • Be financially motivated and competitive
  • Demonstrate a sound work ethic and a team player
  • Be able to work remotely in the short term 
  • Participate in an on call rota for out of hours service, shared between the wider team
